About the Author (that's me!)
Caroline Buist is a content marketing strategist, ADHD-friendly VA, and self-confessed music obsessive, born from Mauritian parents, within earshot of the Bow Bells in London’s East End.
After years of doing what she thought she should do, Caroline finally gave herself permission to build a business she loves — Above & Beyond VA — helping neurodivergent, creative business owners with admin and content marketing so they can lean into their unique strengths and focus on their zone of genius.
